At ScentXone, we value your trust and strive to ensure you receive only the best quality fragrances. Each product goes through strict quality checks before being shipped. However, if the fragrance doesn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry—we’re here to help! 😊

Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • After 15 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges.
  • To initiate a request, simply contact our customer care at +92 339 2110055 via call or WhatsApp.

Return Guidelines

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
  • If the product is damaged during return transit, it will be sent back to you.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer and cover only the product cost—shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • If you’d like to exchange a product, the new order will be shipped after we receive the returned item.
  • Delivery charges will apply to the exchanged item.

Wrong or Damaged Products: 

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us verify any issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

⚠️ Without proper proof (unboxing video), we will be unable to verify the issue, and unfortunately, we won't be able to assist with returns or exchanges.

✅ If the issue is confirmed and it’s our fault, we will cover all return shipping costs

Non-Refundable Items (Important)

🚫 3ml & 5ml Tester Packs, Roll-Ons, and Sample Sizes are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
These small-size products are offered specifically for testing purposes, and therefore do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
